Accounts

An account is one business you serve. Everything you create for that business (agents, numbers, people, inbox items) belongs to its account, and no other account can see it.

external_ref is your own id for the business and is unique within the project. Deleting an account is a soft delete that also revokes every key bound to it. Any resource scope can manage accounts; an account-bound key can only read and rename its own.
