Pricing - Allternit Docs

There is no free tier. Every project, sandbox included, needs a card on file and a plan (console → Platform API → Billing) before it can do billable work; until then billable requests answer 402 payment_method_required. See Billing. Using the API means accepting the Developer Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Growth uptime figure is a target, not a service level agreement. Only an Enterprise contract carries an SLA.

Each meter matches a meter value in Usage, so GET /v1/usage shows the quantities a bill is built from.

Limits that protect your bill

Every project has a monthly spend cap ($100 by default once a card is on file). Raise or lower it per project in the console under Platform API → Projects.
A card on file is required before any billable work: agents, conversations, calls, texts, numbers and computers.
International calling is off by default.
Concurrent calls are capped per plan (see the table above).

Prices do not include taxes. No plan promises call answer rates, text deliverability, or business results.
