Architecture contract

Gates before any model is trusted: schema validation at every boundary, static graph validation, read and write conflict checks, policy precedence, receipt completeness, deterministic replay, failure injection at every node, and fallback when a backend or preferred model is unavailable.

Current implementation

The ABI package carries valid and invalid example documents and a schema-level test that validates them. The runtime conformance suite, including failure injection and replay determinism, is not on main.
