Implementation: IMPLEMENTED · Exposure: INTERNAL. See status labels. A divergence report says whether a replay matched its recording and whether any difference was expected.

Architecture contract

DivergenceReportV1 names the cassette and the replay run and gives a verdict: IDENTICAL, EXPECTED_DIVERGENCE or UNEXPECTED_DIVERGENCE, plus the list of divergences. Expected divergence is recorded in advance, for example a timestamp. Unexpected divergence is a defect signal.

Current implementation

On main, internal only. Recorded-only replay produces a divergence report against the frozen schema. It is not reachable through https://api.allternit.com yet.

Developer relevance

When replay lands, treat an unexpected divergence as a failing test.
