2026-10-02

  • judge.first_pass.tool passed the Q26 calibration gate (auto-act error upper bound 0.58% at full coverage, 2,937 held-out decisions) and entered a canary: 20 live decisions a day, every live decision audited, CUSUM rollback to shadow.
  • Allternit Desktop gained a System One live-mode setting, off by default, and runs canary sync every 15 minutes while it is on.
  • Calibration, decision runtime and related pages updated: S1 is shadow by default, not shadow-only.

  • Kernel ABI 1.0.0 frozen: 21 schema files, 65 contracts, 191-ID primitive registry.
  • Agency API v0.3 contract published as a preview.
  • Architecture, work runtime and cognitive runtime pages added, with status labels.
  • Per-contract reference pages, registries, enums and error codes generated from the schemas.

Node lifecycle library, primitive registry and graph validator library; signed receipt chain and effect receipts (internal); per-node execution environment and shared egress guard; a gate in front of every executor; verifier-owned completion for agency-origin work; decision runtime with S1 shadow only; replay and cassettes with divergence reports and a gate replay mode (internal); Cognitive Execution Router (library, not yet called in production) and ModelPool registry (internal); context and tool call compilers behind an off-by-default flag (shadow).
