Implementation: IMPLEMENTED (registry, descriptors) · DESIGN (pack schema) · Exposure: PUBLIC (docs). See status labels. A pack is how a domain such as code repair ships everything the kernel needs to run it, so the kernel stays generic.

Architecture contract

A pack is described as: decision sets, tool schemas, error classes, environment assumptions, validators, syntax rules, commands, context projection rules, graph fragments, policy hooks, capability requirements and eval fixtures. Primitives inside a pack are registered by ID, declare an authority (propose, decide, verify or authorize; only policy primitives may grant authority) and a maturity level. Why: domain knowledge belongs in versioned, evaluated data, not in the kernel or in a prompt.

Current implementation

The primitive registry and descriptor contracts are on main. A pack schema is not defined yet, so packs are not loadable units today.

Developer relevance

Design a pack as data: schemas, fixtures and evals first. Expect it to be checked by the conformance suite once that exists.
